For outdoor events like family reunions, corporate picnics, and children’s birthday parties, New Orleans offers plenty of options—and Audubon Pavilion rentals are both affordable and ideal for your next gathering.

Pavilion and bandstand rentals are priced at $1,500 per day for general bookings, or $2,000 per day for races and walkathons. Water and electricity are included and can be used for cooking and small appliances. Spacewalks are permitted; however, renters must supply their own generator and submit a certificate of insurance at least 10 days prior to the event.

Pavilion 10 and Newman Bandstand are the only locations in Audubon Park where amplified music is allowed, though some restrictions apply. Music with profanity will not be tolerated.

This pavilion can only be reserved (1) one year in advance. Races/walkathons are suggested to reserve (12) months in advance for registration and solicitation of participants/sponsors.

Amplified music is allowed with a permit.

What to Know

No staking allowed: Tents, bounce houses, spacewalks, or other inflatables may not be staked into the ground. Please use sandbags to prevent damage to the park grounds.
Same-day removal: Any item delivered to Audubon Park or Riverview must be removed by the end of the rental day.
Generators required: All inflatables must be powered by a generator provided by your vendor. Do not plug inflatables into pavilion outlets.
Water inflatables prohibited: Water slides or any water-based inflatable activities are not permitted.
Insurance required: A certificate of liability insurance is required for all inflatable rentals and must be submitted before your event.
Permitted with rental: Spacewalks and tents are only allowed for guests with an approved pavilion rental or official park permit.
