Speke's gazelle are have a unique snout that they are able to inflate when they are alarmed. By inflating the extra skin on their muzzle, they can make a louder pronking noise when alarmed.
They are one of the smallest of the gazelle species, weighing only about 40 pounds. Speke's gazelle live on average about 10 years
