Become a Vendor in the Park
Vendor Permits
Vendor Permits are required for vendors conducting business in Audubon Park and Riverview. Vendors may not exchange payment on-site, and permits are required for prepaid services. Vendors may not solicit, advertise, or promote while on Park property.
Vendor services which require a permit include, but are not limited to:
- Professional Photographers (paid, professional photographers taking wedding or engagement pictures, family portraits, graduation pictures, etc.). Session without props $25/three-hours. Session with props $50/three-hours
- Pop-Up Picnic Vendors (vendors providing luxury picnic setups) $50/picnic
- Exercise Instructors (paid, instructors leading classes or sessions) $10/day
Vendor permit locations may not include reservable spaces such as Pavilions, Gazebos, Riverview Pavilion, the North Oak Allee, Newman Bandstand, or the Tree of Life and may only occupy other spaces as available.
