Expert Tennis Instruction by Steve Garman
Tennis Lessons
Audubon Park Tennis is proud to have Steve Garman as our Head Tennis Professional. Since joining us, Steve has brought exceptional instruction, clay court expertise, and top-level playing ability to our program. A member of the British National Team, Steve is currently ranked #4 in the United States in singles and #15 in the world in his age division. He also holds USPTA Elite Professional status.
With a distinguished 40-year teaching career, Steve has previously coached the University of Alabama Birmingham Tennis Team and served as Director of Tennis at Diamondhead Country Club for over two decades. He has also been recognized as Mississippi Professional of the Year (2015) and Southern Professional of the Year (2012).
We are grateful for Steve’s leadership and dedication to Audubon Park Tennis and look forward to his continued impact on our program!
Steve will be offering lessons and clinics to all players, as well as coordinating tennis socials and round robins for any players interested in participating.
