Pavilion Rules
Rental policies, rules and hours of operation:
Audubon Park Pavilions are available for rental from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Events may not start after 5:00 p.m.
*Please note there is limited lighting in Audubon Park and Riverview after sundown.
There is a $75 permit fee for any gathering in Audubon Park or the Riverview for parties (with any form of structure to be set up (i.e. chairs, table, arch, tent, inflatable, etc) of 25 or more guests.
Permits are required for all events with crawfish boils or bounce houses.
There is a $150 permit fee for any gathering at the Tree of Life, no matter the size.
*It is strongly suggested that reservations be submitted at least one month prior to the event date. Please email [email protected].
